I’ve created It Starts With You for women just like you! You’re fine.. I mean, you look fine on the outside. However, I get the feeling you are exhausted, overwhelmed, spread thin, questioning who you even are anymore? You feel like you are in a fog and just going through the motions. Am I right?? Yeah… I thought so.

How did I know? I knew because I was you.

4 years ago I hit rock bottom. I had all the things a beautiful family, a nice home, a growing direct sales team, vacations. Life was good- on the outside. But something was missing.

I was comparing myself to others, looking to others for answers on why I just couldn’t seem to get the simplest tasks done. I didn’t have time, I couldn’t concentrate, hell.. I didn’t even know where to start?! ALWAYS asking “What is wrong with me??”

As women we put so much expectations on ourselves. We are conditioned to look a certain way, to act a certain way. Told what to think, what to feel (or what not to feel) Do this, do that, don’t do that. Oh yeah… and we DON’T talk about that. It keeps us in a constant state of dissatisfation, overthinkning and over giving.

I am here to tell you, you aren’t alone. It wasn’t until I did some deep introspection and started my own spiritual journey that I found my true authentic self. That I am enough… that I’ve ALWAYS been enough and so are you!
